Collect 5 Relic of a Hero; dropped by Quest Raven Harpy (Karus Eslant) or Quest Raven Harpy (El Morad Eslant).
Once everything is done, talk to Hero who lost Both Eyes again to hand the quest in.
[Failed Mission] Disappeared Hero quest from Hero who lost Both Eyes, level 63. Talking to the NPC is enough; reward: no reward rows in the quest window.
You get the Exhalted Spirit from Ashes of the Hero in Karus or El Morad Eslant; the quest needs just 1. Hero who lost Both Eyes gives the quest at level 63, and the reward is a Weapon Breaker Gauntlets of your choice.
The 4 new USKO servers opening on November 12 are Carnac, Luna, Oracle and Atlas. Carnac is an old name from 2008, the other three are brand new. The selection screen order is random, so go by the name, not the number.
The calendar puts character creation on November 10-11 and launch on November 12 at 16:00 GMT+3. NTTGame says to pick your server now to secure your name. You need phone verification, OTP+ and pre-registration first. In 2022 you couldn't change server after creating a character.
Khenarth of the Knight Online team answered questions about the November 12 servers on Discord on October 30. Confirmed: all 4 names are decided, none is Ares, Diez, Xigenon or Beramus, and there's no Ronark Land Base. The 80 cap timing, EXP rates and merger date aren't set.
This error means a new server requirement is missing. If it says Not Registered for pre-signup, finish pre-registration and server selection; if it says OTP is not active, finish OTP+ setup. Pre-registration stays open until November 12.
