What does Server Entry Requirements are not met mean?

Your account is missing at least one of the steps needed to enter the new servers. The parentheses at the end of the message tell you which step is missing; if both show, you need to do both.

How do you fix Not Registered for pre-signup?

NTTGame's rule is clear: no pre-registration, no entry. The second pre-registration and server selection stay open until November 12, so you can still sign up if you missed the first window. In order:

  1. Add your phone number to your NTTGame account and verify it.
  2. On the new server page, start pre-registration and enter the SMS code.
  3. Start server selection and pick your server, again with an SMS code.

You have to log in with the account you registered. If you have more than one, check that first.

How do you fix OTP is not active?

Per NTTGame's notice, signing up for OTP+ isn't enough: you also have to activate it for Knight Online. Migration and setup steps are in the OTP+ setup guide. On iPhone, the app has been on the App Store since November 4.

Where can you see your account status?

Use the check button in the new server registration status section of the new server page. Phone, OTP+, pre-registration and server selection each show there. Per the notice, pre-registration works once phone and OTP+ show green ticks.

If everything is green and the error stays, make sure you registered the right account, then close the game and log in again. If it still fails, open a ticket with NTTGame support.

Does this error show on Felis, Pandora, Agartha and Zero too?
Yes, players see the same message on the 2022 servers. Those servers also needed a new server registration on the official site and an active OTP. If you get a different OTP warning, see the OTP error guide.
