What did the Knight Online team say about the new servers?

The Q&A took place on the official Knight Online Discord on the evening of October 30. Khenarth wasn't equally firm on everything and said anything unsettled will be announced as the servers progress. Here's how solid each answer is:

Khenarth of the Knight Online team answered questions about the November 12 servers on Discord on October 30. Confirmed: all 4 names are decided, none is Ares, Diez, Xigenon or Beramus, and there's no Ronark Land Base. The 80 cap timing, EXP rates and merger date aren't set.

When will the new server names be announced?

No date was given. Khenarth said the names are now decided and will soon replace the numbers on the selection screen. The reason for the numbers is interesting: so players don't all pile onto the name they like.

If you were hoping for an old name, the answer is clear: asked about Ares, Diez, Xigenon and Beramus, Khenarth said it's none of them. The history of those names is in USKO new server names.

When is 80 cap? How long will the 70 cap and +8 last?

Not set. Per NTTGame's notice, launch has a level 70 cap and a +8 cap on weapons and armor. Khenarth said the length of these caps will be announced as the servers progress. The team would like them to stay a long time, the 80 cap especially, but added that the final call isn't theirs.

Will DC Flash be on the new servers?

Not final yet. The team said it's working on making DC Flash available on the new servers and will announce it once settled. Keep your premium plan flexible: which premium to buy for the new servers.

Can you get in with an iPhone?

Yes. You need OTP+ to enter, and the iPhone version reached the App Store on November 4 (AnyOTP+ NttGame, iOS 17 or later). On October 30 Khenarth said the iOS wait continued and asked players not to panic; the wait is over. Setup: how to set up OTP+

Are EXP rates and server mergers set?

Neither is. EXP and quest questions will be answered once details are set. On mergers, the team said it wants them as early as possible, but which servers and when hasn't been announced. The 2023 precedent: server merger 2026.
