How do you buy premium in Knight Online?

Premium is sold in two places, and both use NPoint. Where a package comes from also changes how you activate it:

According to the PUS descriptions, premium packages can't be bought with bonus NPoint; you need regular NPoint. Every package lasts 30 days. Prices are in Which premium should you buy?.

How do you load Gold, Platinum or Bronze premium?

  1. Log in at nttgame.com; if your balance is short, add NPoint first.
  2. On the Knight Online site go to Store > Web Shop.
  3. Pick the Platinum, Gold or Bronze tab and press BUY.
  4. NPoint is deducted, the package is loaded onto your account and its perks start right away; nothing else to do in game.

How do you use EXP, DC, WAR or Switching premium?

  1. In game, press the Power Up Store button at the bottom left and buy the package from the premium section.
  2. It arrives in your in-game mailbox; open it with L and take the item.
  3. Go to [Merchant] Kaira in Moradon and activate the premium. The item description says the same: it can be used at Kaira.
  4. Once active, the game shows "Premium service has been applied".

Can you stack premium on top of premium?

Loading the same package adds time. The game says so in the premium item description: used while the same premium is active, its time is added to the current one. The cap is 90 days; beyond that the game says "Maximum duration to expand Premium is 90 days". NTTGame doesn't spell out how different packages work together; if you want to move between packages, there's What is Switching Premium?, made for exactly that.

How do you check how much premium time is left?

The game shows it: "[Package] Premium: x day(s) remaining" in days, then in hours near the end. On the last day you get "Today is the last day of premium service". When it runs out, the message is "Premium service has been expired".

How do you add NPoint, and what does premium cost in TL?

NPoint is added under Add NPoint on nttgame.com. The TL amounts appear on the payment page once you log in; NTTGame doesn't publish a public TL price list. That's why we give premium prices in NPoint: Bronze 716, Gold 1,996, Platinum 2,796 NPoint. According to NTTGame's support site, newly created accounts have a limit on how much they can add at once for the first 30 days.

FAQ

Where do you enter a premium code or NPoint coupon?
On nttgame.com go to Add NPoint, click NPoints Coupon on the left and enter the code. Steps are on NTTGame's support site.
Can premium be refunded?
No. Under NTTGame's user agreement store purchases aren't refunded, and NPoint can't be taken back after payment.
Does premium apply to all characters?
Yes. Premium is per account; every character on the account benefits.
