Where do the Coins come from?

What are the four tasks?
- Defeat 30 monsters above your level.
- Complete the Find Spy quest.
- Complete Juraid Mountain or Border Defense War.
- Upgrade any item via the Anvil.
Why does the ninth Coin never come?
The announcement spells out both orders. 1 Add Coin + 4 tasks + 3 hours = 8, so the fourth hour pays nothing. 1 Add Coin + 3 tasks + 4 hours = 8, so the fourth task pays nothing. And if you already have 4 from play time and 4 from tasks, the Add Coin button won't sell you a ninth. Only buy the Noah Coin early if you know you won't hit 8 through play and tasks.
Does switching characters reset the tasks?
No. The event is account-based: once four tasks have paid out on one character, another character on the same account gets nothing from the same tasks that day. Do the Juraid Mountain or Border Defense War run on the character that will actually play it.

At 8 Coins a day, the Alencia Wing coupon takes 13 full days and the Green Treasure Chest takes 19, so the chest needed nearly every day of the August 26 to September 21 run.
