Getting and starting Genie
Spirit of Genie is a consumable sold in the Power Up Store. One pack contains 10 pieces and each piece grants 120 minutes, so a full pack is 1,200 minutes or 20 hours. Time only runs while Genie is active; stop it and the remaining minutes wait for you. When less than a minute remains, Genie consumes the next Spirit of Genie in your inventory automatically.
Genie unlocks from level 10 on characters that have completed the first job change. Double-click Spirit of Genie in your inventory to open the Genie window. While it runs, a rotating “GENIE” label floats above your character and everyone can see it, so players sharing the spot know you are on Genie.
Four tabs: Attack, Recover, Support, Other
| Tab | What you set | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Attack | Up to 4 attack skills, targeting and range | Order skills by mana cost; put the most expensive last |
| Recover | Healing skills triggered at an HP percentage | Priest heals, Rogue minor heal; a very low threshold gets you killed |
| Support | Self and party buffs, automatic TS/Totem choice, Combo | Separate party buffs from single-target buffs; pick the right scroll |
| Other | HP/MP potion thresholds, pet feeding, arrow stock, party checks, auto repair | Genie Hammer repair is enabled here |
Tab by tab
Attack
Drag up to four skills from your skill bar here. Genie tries them in order and skips any it cannot cast. The range setting decides how far your character wanders from the spot. Keep it tight for a small spot; a wide range drifts into the neighbouring spot and invites PvP. With the Combo option in the Support tab enabled, attacks are chained as combos for extra speed, though some skills may return a “Casting Failed” warning.
Recover
Choose the healing skill to use when HP falls to a set percentage. Priests put heals here, rogues their minor heal. A threshold around 60–70 percent is enough at most spots; a low value like 30 percent lets hard-hitting mobs kill you before a potion lands. Test at your own spot and narrow it down.
Support
Select the buffs cast on yourself and your party. Keep group buffs such as Wolf in the party section and single-target buffs such as Swift in your own section. A dropdown lets you choose the Transformation Scroll or Totem type to use automatically; when it expires, Genie applies a new one. If the chosen scroll is not in your inventory, the character simply continues untransformed.
Other
HP and MP potion thresholds, pet feeding, arrow stock checks and party status live here. So does auto repair: with a Genie Hammer in your inventory, tick the repair box and Genie uses the hammer when durability drops, repairing your equipped weapon and armor in one go. A Genie Hammer is single-use and is consumed like a potion. If the box is not ticked, the hammer sits unused.
Starting settings by class
| Class | Attack | Recover / Other | Support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Warrior | 3–4 main strikes including the passive | High HP potion threshold, low MP | Own buffs; TS list |
| Rogue (Archer) | Arrow skills; wider range | Arrow stock check on; minor heal in Recover | Swift in own section |
| Mage | Element skills that match the staff | High MP potion threshold | Own buffs |
| Priest | Debuffs (malice, parasite, torment) in Attack | Heal in Recover with a high threshold | Party buffs in the party section |
Treat the table as a starting point. Thresholds shift with the farming spot, weapon and party setup even within one class. Stay at the keyboard for the first minutes after enabling Genie, watch potion use and the HP curve, then adjust.
Genie not working or not showing
- Below level 10 or before the first job change, Genie will not start.
- With an empty Attack tab the character just stands there; drag in at least one skill.
- If the Genie Hammer is not repairing, check the repair box in the Other tab.
- If no TS is applied, confirm the scroll type in the Support list matches the scroll in your inventory.
