The Karus and El Morad quests are identical: same powder, same skills. Kurian 70 skills (Pull and Iron Skin) don't need a quest, so Kurians do their first skill quest at 75.

How do you do the 70 skill quest?

  1. Get master first: the 70+ skills sit in the master class trees. For the level 60 master quest see How to unlock master in USKO: the level 60 quest, NPC and materials.
  2. Reach level 70 and put 70 points in the tree you want. A tree can't go above your level, so 70 points only fit at level 70.
  3. Dismantle accessories at Narki in Moradon for 5 Spell Stone Powder.
  4. Talk to your class master, take the quest and hand in the powder. There's no EXP or item reward; the level's skills unlock when it's done.

The 72, 74, 75, 76, 78 and 80 quests work the same way, with more powder each time. There's no hunting, just the hand-in, so you don't need a party.

A quest does nothing on its own if you have no points in that tree. The mage 70 quest unlocks the 70 skills of all three elements, but you use the ones in the tree where you put 70; warrior and rogue quests also open all three trees at once.

Where do you get Spell Stone Powder?

Its description says Narki knows where to use it. Dismantle an old or regular accessory at [Mysterious] Narki in Moradon and you can get 1 to 5 Spell Stone Powder; skill quests are the only thing in the game that uses it. How do you get the level 62 master skill scroll?

The 2-point master skills, Scream (warrior), Magic Shield (rogue), Absolute Power (mage) and Judgment (priest), need a scroll from a quest. After level 61, bring your class master 7 Certificates of Victory. The certificates come from [Captain] Fargo's and Falkwine's boss quests above 60 and the Lemegeton quests above 70. The rogue 70 quest is at Clarence (Belua Village in Karus, Asga Village in El Morad) and takes 5 powder. It opens Bloody Beast in the assassin tree, Dark Pursuer in the archery tree and Wild Advent in the third tree.
