Once level 83 is at 100% EXP, head to Mekin in Moradon for your first rebirth. Finishing the process changes your level to 83/1 and gives you two bonus stat points to assign.

The steps at Mekin

  1. Talk to Mekin in Moradon and open Reincarnation.
  2. Accept the EXP quest in the Power stage, then turn it in through the same menu.
  3. Accept and complete the Goods stage. This takes 100 million Coins.
  4. Complete the Fame stage using your chosen NP or Coin option.
  5. Check your bag for Qualification of Rebirth, then open Reincarnation again.
  6. Assign your bonus points and confirm with Rebirth after Applying.

After the first rebirth

Your character window shows 83/1. The two points are added as bonus stats. Quests reset, including the level 70 and 80 chains, so you can work through them again for EXP and quest equipment.
