Why can't I get into the new Knight Online server?

What should I check before November 12?

  1. Is your pre-registration there? Check which server you're registered on. Each account can register on only one new server.
  2. Is phone verification done? No SMS verification, no entry.
  3. Is OTP+ linked to your account? On iPhone it now installs from the App Store.
  4. Did you create your character? Character creation runs November 10-11; log in early to grab your name: character creation.
  5. Is the game updated? Open the client before launch and download the patch; at 16:00 everyone tries to download at once.

I can't get into Oracle or Carnac

On November 6, NTTGame temporarily closed new pre-registration for Oracle and Carnac because of demand. If you didn't register for either before that, you can't get in now; registration is open only on Atlas and Luna. Details: Oracle and Carnac closed.

What if the server is full or there's a queue at launch?

NTTGame hasn't said anything about launch queues or capacity. If the connection slows at launch, wait on the login screen instead of restarting the game; retrying over and over can push you to the back. Official maintenance or extension notices appear on NTTGame's social accounts and site; we'll update this page if one comes.
