What is OTP+ and how is it different from AnyOTP?

On October 15, 2026 NTTGame relaunched its free AnyOTP app with a new name and design as OTP+; the old app and memberships are now called the “old version”. Besides a PIN, the new app can open with fingerprint, Face ID or a screen pattern. The new server registration check lists the OTP step as “ICS services (OTP+)”; more in our pre-registration is open article.

What do you need before signing up for OTP+?

Add your email address and mobile number to your account first. You add the phone on the portal under Overview > Cell Phone; steps in our phone verification guide. When you log in to otp.nttgame.com you may be asked to verify your phone: fill in the missing digits, press SEND CODE and enter the 6-digit SMS code within 180 seconds, then SUBMIT.

How to switch from the old OTP to OTP+

If you use the old AnyOTP, remove it from your account first: on otp.nttgame.com go to My ICS > Remove OTP Authenticator and confirm one of two ways. Per NTTGame’s switching guide:

After “Your OTP Authenticator has been successfully removed” you land back on MY ICS. If your account phone and your ICS Mobile number differ, match them with Phone Sync Now; if they’re the same, go straight to REGISTER NOW and follow the sign-up steps below.

How to set up Knight Online OTP+, step by step

  1. Log in to otp.nttgame.com with your NTTGame account.
  2. On MY ICS, click the red “Verify : Step 2” link next to ICS Mobile, then Sync Now on the sync screen.
  3. Press SEND CODE, enter the 6-digit SMS code within 180 seconds and confirm with Sync Now.
  4. Press REGISTER on the confirmation screen. If you closed it, the REGISTER NOW button on MY ICS takes you back.
  5. Under “Choose Version”, pick Any OTP+ (New Version) and press FREE REGISTER.
  6. Your OTP ID and activation code arrive by SMS.

The OTP ID and activation code are valid for 10 days. If you don’t use them in time they expire, and you request new ones on otp.nttgame.com.

How to install the OTP+ app on your phone

  1. Install OTP+ from the Play Store, or update the AnyOTP app you already have.
  2. Press Confirm on the intro screen, then enter your OTP ID and 6-digit activation code.
  3. Set the 6-digit PIN you’ll use to open the app and enter it again.
  4. Turn on fingerprint, Face ID or pattern login if you want, or skip with Set up later.

Common OTP+ setup problems

Problem and fix (from NTTGame’s announcements)

FAQ

Is OTP+ free?
Sign-up is free (FREE REGISTER). Removing the old OTP by SMS costs 5 NPoints; removing it with a code from the old app is free.
Does the old AnyOTP still work?
NTTGame now calls it the old version and hasn’t given a shutdown date. The new server registration checklist asks for OTP+.
