What is ICS (OTP) in Knight Online, and is it free?

ICS asks for a one-time password on top of your normal password every time you log in. The AnyOTP app on your phone or PC generates that password. Setup and everyday use are free; after setup, anything that sends a text message (changing your phone number, for example) costs 5 NPoints. One ICS account can cover 3 additional game accounts.

How do you set up OTP in Knight Online? Step by step

  1. Go to otp.nttgame.com, click Sign In at the top right and log in with your NTTGame ID and password.
  2. Download AnyOTP: Downloads > PC version (AnyOTPSetUp.exe), or open apps.nttgame.com on your phone (Android, iOS).
  3. On the My ICS tab, click Active next to Email and follow the verification email.
  4. Under Mobile, click activate, pick your country, enter your number and press send code; type in the code from the text and click Completed.
  5. Back on My ICS, click Register and choose PC or Mobile.
  6. An OTP ID and auth code arrive by text. Open AnyOTP, enter both and confirm.
  7. Set an AnyOTP password; you'll open AnyOTP with it every time you log in.

How do you activate OTP for Knight Online? The last step on the portal

Once AnyOTP is set up, ICS still has to be switched on for the game. On the NTTGame portal go to My Account > Overview > Game Services, pick Knight Online, press the activation button and enter the code from AnyOTP. NTTGame also recommends turning on the Portal ICS Service the same way for account actions on the site.

If the portal won't do it, log in at otp.nttgame.com, open My ICS > Activate OTP, click Inactive and enter an AnyOTP code. The 2022 new servers only accepted accounts with active OTP.

How do you log in with OTP?

Start the client and log in with your NTTGame account; the OTP window opens. Unlock AnyOTP with your AnyOTP password and type the one-time password it shows into the game. It changes every 60 seconds, so enter it before it runs out.

How do you change your OTP phone number?

  1. At otp.nttgame.com go to My ICS > Change Mobile.
  2. Pick your country, enter the new number, type in a code from AnyOTP and press Send Code; it costs 5 NPoints.
  3. Codes go to both your old and new number. Enter the AnyOTP code and both text codes within 300 seconds and click Complete.

You can only change the number once every 24 hours. If you've lost access to the old number, open a support ticket.

How do you get your OTP ID and auth code again?

Under My ICS at otp.nttgame.com, use "Resend OTP ID & Auth Code"; both arrive by text on your registered phone. If the auth code is lost for good, NTTGame says to reset it.

How do you remove OTP?

My ICS > Remove OTP Authenticator: enter a code from AnyOTP, or request a text code under Mobile Authentication and enter it within 180 seconds, then click Detach. The service can't be removed in the first 48 hours after registering.

How many accounts can use one phone number for OTP?

Three at most. NTTGame tightened the rule on May 13, 2026: once a number has been used on 3 accounts, through new registrations or phone number changes, it can't be used on another account. Changing the number on one of the registered accounts used to free up an extra slot for the old number; that's gone. A number that's hit the limit won't work, so you need one that's never been used for ICS.

How do you unlock trading in Knight Online? SMS verification

Trading items in game needs a separate SMS verification on top of OTP. Log in to the NTTGame portal, go to My Account > Overview > Game Services and click the icon in the SMS Verification section. Pick your country code, enter your number, press Send Verification Code and enter the code within 600 seconds, then click Verify.

One phone number can be used on up to 3 NTTGame accounts. For the 2022 new servers, the number used for server registration didn't have to match the one used for trade SMS or ICS.

Did the ICS registration process change in 2025?

Yes. On December 19, 2025 NTTGame updated ICS registration and said numbers used in the new SMS verification system will be asked to verify again later. Keep that number active; the screens may look slightly different from the guide above.
