What does GB mean?

GB is short for the Gold Bar item in Knight Online. According to its in-game description, one Gold Bar is worth 100 million Noah. Over time GB became a unit rather than just an item: when someone asks what 1 GB costs on Zero, they mean the price of 100 million Noah on that server.

Checks let you carry a large amount of Noah as a single item. You cash Gold, Platinum and Mythril Checks at the [Grand Merchant] Assistant NPC. 3% of the amount goes to the Merchant Union Fund, so a 1 billion Mythril Check pays out 970 million Noah.

There are also untradeable versions of each check. Check the item name before you trade for one or sell one.

How do you read GB prices in seller listings?

Some sellers price 1 GB (100M), others price 10M Noah. Convert everything to the same unit before comparing: multiply a 10M price by 10 to get the price per GB. A listing of 45 TL per 10M is 450 TL per GB.
