For an item accidentally sold to an NPC or destroyed, first check [Grand Merchant] Kaishan in Moradon. Open “Repurchase Sold or Destroyed Items” and look for the item and its repurchase cost. The system does not recover every item.

Items are kept for up to three days. The 20 February 2025 update expanded the list to 50 items. Older entries can disappear when capacity is exceeded, so the three-day limit is not a reason to wait.
If the item is missing
Check that you are on the right character. Write down the exact item name, grade, approximate transaction time and server. Stop selling or destroying more items while checking. An expired or displaced record is different from an item that was never eligible for this system.
If an expected item is missing before expiry, open a support ticket with a screenshot of the menu and those details. Leave out passwords and verification codes. A support ticket does not guarantee restoration.
Make the next inventory clear-out easier
Separate what you intend to sell before starting. Keep valuable accessories and your equipped setup out of the same clear-out. Read the name and upgrade grade again before confirming a sale. Catching one mistake early is easier than working through a full recovery list.
