Listings using an old server name

Check the edition when you land on a GB listing labeled Cypher or Pathos. For SteamKO, confirm that the product is listed for Zion. A familiar server name alone does not establish that the listing matches your character.

Account problems left over from the merger

NTTGame directs players with post-merger problems to support tickets. Use SteamKO's support channel for account-specific help. Include your former server and a clear description of the issue in the ticket, without sharing your password.
