How do you get to Delos?
Moradon's teleport list shows Delos as "You will be transported to the Siege Zone": 17,000 Noah, and no level limit in the list. The gates in Delos take you back to Moradon for free. Delos Castle stands in the north of the map, and it's what the Sunday Castle Siege War is fought over.
On November 16, 2023 NTTGame tied castle ownership to a Siege Point draw and kept Castle Siege War running on Oreads, Minark, Dryads and Destan. Per the game's help text, the clan holding the castle sets the tax rate in Moradon and Delos. The war rules are in Castle Siege War (CSW) guide.
What monsters are in Delos, and what level?
The two monsters the Delos quests ask for are Phantom (48) and Gloom Hound (58). Per the in-game descriptions, Phantoms roam from Delos Castle down to Abyss Dungeon and Gloom Hounds guard the Abyss. [Imperial Palace Guard] Verca (Karus) / Telson (El Morad) on your continent want both: Phantom Hunt pays 30,000,000 EXP at level 57. How do you get to Abyss Dungeon?
- Teleport from Moradon to Delos (17,000 Noah).
- Use the gate by the waterfall inside Delos Castle; the game's help text puts it at 475, 920. The teleport to Abyss Dungeon from there is 20,000 Noah.
- If you'd rather skip Delos, Moradon's list has Abyss Dungeon too, but it costs 300,000 Noah.
- There are no stairs inside: per the teleport text, you only move between floors through the vaults on each floor.
The Abyss has two parts, Desperation Abyss and Hell Abyss. The teleport list only shows Abyss Dungeon; there's no separate teleport to Hell Abyss. Per the item descriptions, there are keys that skip you to the 10th and 20th floors of Desperation Abyss and the 8th and 16th floors of Hell Abyss.

Isiloon matters to clans: per its in-game description, becoming an Accredited Knight means defeating Isiloon down in Hell Abyss. On April 22, 2021 NTTGame removed Isiloon's HP regeneration on the Turkish servers. [Priest] Minerva's level 65 quest wants Fallen Angels: Fallen Angel quest.
Is Delos Castle Dungeon (the Castellan dungeon) open?
No. In its November 16, 2023 castle war update NTTGame removed the NPC that let you into the Castellan dungeon and sent everyone inside to Moradon. The dungeon held Bloody Krowaz (98) and Krowaz (98), and [Pontifex] Scardy's quest traded 30 Castellan's stamps, a Blooded fantasy cube and Gold peels for your pick of the Delos Castellan's weapons.

These are the "Delos weapons" people search for: all level 70, and their descriptions read "Delos Castellan has used it". The quest is detailed in Find the weapons of the dead Castellan; with the entrance closed, new characters can't get them this way.
