What level is Eslant, and how do you get there?

Eslant's teleport text says "only players above Level 60", and the fee is 17,000 Noah. You can teleport to Eslant Entrance on your continent from level 35 for 10,000 Noah and walk in from there, but getting inside still takes level 60. The town NPCs stand in the same spots on both maps, only the names change: Veda / Tabeth, Hill / Lily, Rugur / Belldan, Pablo / Agata.

The quest Turkish players call the "Eslant SC quest", named after its scroll rewards, is Veda / Tabeth's level 62 Ascetic: you work through the seven Suffering NPCs in order and bring back the Seventh Certificate of Suffering for a Scroll of Armor 300, Scroll of 1500HP Up, Scroll of Attack and Speed-Up Potion (Ascetic quest). The "key quest" people search for is Guardian of 7 Keys, your continent captain's level 60 quest: USKO Guardian of 7 Keys: level 60 route and coordinates.

What do you do in Eslant every day?

From 60, Hill / Lily's four [Daily Party] hunts and Dark Mithril Piece reset every day; the list and the EXP are in USKO Eslant dailies: EXP quests and Dark Mithril. From 75, JR sign-up is in the Eslant town too, with Rugur or Belldan: Juraid Mountain (JR) guide: entry level, rooms, Devabird and rewards.

Level 60 and up. You can teleport to Eslant Entrance from 35, but crossing into Eslant takes 60.
What are the Eslant boss respawn times?
NTTGame doesn't publish them. The spots are fixed, and for the Dark Mithril daily you only need each [Quest] boss once a day.
How do you do the Eslant scroll quest?
At 62, take Ascetic from Veda or Tabeth, clear the seven Suffering NPCs in order and bring back the Seventh Certificate of Suffering the last one gives you. The armor and HP scrolls come together in the reward.
