What time is CSW in Knight Online?

The in-game event calendar shows CSW once a week, on Sunday at 20:30 Turkish time. Monday and Saturday are nation war days instead: Lunar War guide.

The schedule table on NTTGame's game guide page, starting at 21:00, belongs to the old registration system. Under that system the siege had four parts. NTTGame hasn't published a new minute-by-minute flow for the renewed system.

What is the new CSW system? (November 2023)

On November 16, 2023 NTTGame reworked the castle siege from the ground up. The biggest change: the castle no longer goes to the clan holding the crystal when the war ends; the owner is decided by a Siege Point draw.

  • The old application system is gone; only the first 10 clans to enter can take part in CSW.
  • For now CSW is only active on Oreads, Minark, Dryads and Destan.
  • The NPC that took you into the Castellan dungeon was removed, and characters inside it were sent to Moradon.
  • The clan page got a new section showing your clan's total Siege Points.

Per NTTGame's global notes, the old reward menus went away with it: the 'Castle Siege Chest Reward' menu was removed after 4 weeks, and the 'Siege Box' exchange at [CSW Manager] Aaron was dropped in January 2024. The same notes say CSW was paused for a while in May 2023, and castle owners were wiped at that point.

The requirement: your clan must be Accredited 5 or higher. A clan can bank up to 20,000 Siege Points, and points a member contributed stay even if they leave. Per the in-game messages, points you earn in Ronark Land are credited to the clan when you log out, and points from CSW when the siege ends.

The math is simple: a solo player in Ronark Land brings in 1 Siege Point per 20 kills on average, a party player 1 per 50. A single CSW kill averages 2.5 points solo or 1 in a party, and the crystal alone is 200. Our take: for a small clan, playing for the crystal in CSW is the best return; big clans can also farm steady points in Ronark Land all week.

How does the castle draw work?

  1. The clan leader or a vice-leader applies for the draw at [CSW Manager] Aaron in Moradon. Per the in-game NPC text, applications are only accepted on channel 1.
  2. When to apply: any time up to 1 hour before CSW starts, and during the first 30 minutes after it ends. You can apply once a week.
  3. The moment you apply, all of your clan's current Siege Points are spent.
  4. Your chance equals your clan's points divided by the total points of every clan that applied.
  5. The result comes out 1 hour after the war ends and is announced in game. If nobody applies, the castle goes ownerless.

NTTGame's example: if clans A, B, C and D apply with 500, 250, 150 and 100 points, their chances are 50%, 25%, 15% and 10%. Because some points come from the war itself, NTTGame suggests applying in the 30 minutes after the war, so that evening's points count too.

What was Deathmatch? How did clan registration work?

Deathmatch was the first stage of the old system, deciding who got into the Castellan battle, and NTTGame's game guide still describes it. Since registration was removed in November 2023, some of the rules below may not apply as written anymore; what's certain is that registration is gone and the first 10 clans in are the ones that fight.

  • Only clan leaders and vice-leaders could register: Accredited or higher, 100,000,000 Noah, at most 30 clans, up to 2 hours before Deathmatch.
  • Each clan could bring up to 16 players. During prep, the leader or a vice-leader typed /base in chat to set up the barracks; clans without barracks were kicked from Delos.
  • Barracks only took damage from normal attacks, 1 per hit. A clan whose barracks fell was sent to Moradon and couldn't come back.
  • The clans that destroyed the most barracks moved on to the Castellan battle; ties went to kill count, then registration order.
  • Kills paid the same NP as in Ronark Land and deaths cost the same; /town sent you back to your barracks.

In the Castellan battle, clans entered with 50 members each and fought over the Center Artifact; it changed hands every time it was broken, and whoever held it at the last second took the castle. A July 2026 global fix for 'the castle-owning clan being unable to attack the Center Artifact' shows the artifact is still part of the new system.

What does the castle-owning clan get? Tax and the cape

  • Tax: the castle-owning clan leader sets the Moradon and Delos tax between 0% and 20% at [Castle Manager] Captain Hugo in Delos and collects the accumulated tax from him. Per the in-game messages, the rate can only be changed on channel 1.
  • Cape: per the cape window on the official guide, this cape normally costs 300,000,000 Noah and 150,000 Clan CONT, needs a Royal Knight 5 clan and lasts 30 days; the castle-owning (Castellan) clan only pays the paint fee, and the effect lasts until the next CSW.
  • Achievements: there are achievements for taking the castle 1, 3, 10, 50 and 100 times. 10 wins unlock Crown Prince, 50 wins the King title with attack +20, and 100 wins Emperor.

What time is CSW in Knight Online?
Every Sunday at 20:30 Turkish time. You can apply for the castle draw up to 1 hour before the war and in the 30 minutes after it; the result comes 1 hour after the war.
What is the new CSW system?
The November 2023 rules: no 100 million Noah registration, and the castle changes hands through a weekly Siege Point draw. Holding the crystal no longer wins the castle directly; you have to turn those 200 points into a draw entry.
Which clans can join CSW?
The first 10 clans to enter; the notice sets no separate grade requirement. But since Siege Points only go to Accredited 5+ clans, a clan that wants a shot at the draw effectively needs that grade.
Which servers have CSW?
Per NTTGame's 2023 notice, only Oreads, Minark, Dryads and Destan. By that notice, Pandora, Felis, Agartha and Zero have no castle siege.
Where can I see our Siege Points?
In the Siege Point section added to the clan page. Ronark Land points reach the clan when you log out, CSW points when the siege ends.
Where do you collect the castle tax?
From [Castle Manager] Captain Hugo in Delos. The tax is paid out in coins, and per the in-game warning you have to empty the Noah in your bag before collecting, or it won't go through.
