How much EXP does EXP Premium give?

EXP Premium's bonus scales with level; it's huge at low levels and tapers after 70. The table also shows the other packages' EXP bonus:

EXP bonus by level range
LevelEXP PremiumPlatinumWARGold / DC
1–50 +400% +400% +100% +30%
51–60 +300% +100% +100% +30%
61–70 +200% +100% +100% +30%

FAQ

EXP Premium or Platinum?
From 1 to 50 both give +400%, and Platinum adds 800 Bonus Points. After 51, EXP Premium's +300% and +200% tiers beat Platinum's +100%.
Can you farm with EXP Premium?
Its Noah is as strong as DC's at +100%. But it has no Golden Pickaxe, no 30 Magic Hammers and no DC store; DC suits farming at 83 better.
Should you buy EXP Premium on the new servers?
It's one of the most sensible picks for the first weeks, since everyone starts at level 1. The phase-by-phase plan is in the new server premium guide.
