If your old server is missing from the list, start with the period you played. Some names were reused in later eras, so follow both opening records and merger events.

Why does Olympia follow two different paths?
The 2005 Olympia leads through Resurrection and the later Diez merger into the Oreads chain. The 2016 Olympia appears in the Rosetta–Minark merger instead. Searching only for “Olympia” can mix up those histories.
Looking into an old account
Use the server name, edition and year together. The merger path describes server history; use the relevant edition’s account and support screens to check which characters remain on your account.
