How do you know if you're banned in Knight Online?
The game shows each penalty with its own message, so what you see tells you what happened:
| Message you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Your account is currently blocked. Please contact customer support. | Your account is closed and you can't log in |
| Account is blocked currently. Would you like to inquire status of account through HomePage? | Account closed; the game suggests checking its status on the website |
| (name) is currently blocked for using illegal software. | That character was blocked for prohibited software; everyone on the server sees it |
| You will be sent to jail due to 3rd party tool usage. | Your character is being sent to prison for third-party tools |
| You are banned from chatting for 10 minutes for spamming. | A 10-minute chat ban for spam |
If your account is closed, the game's own message suggests checking its status on the NTTGame website. If the site doesn't show the length and reason, you find them out through a support ticket.
How do you get a Knight Online ban lifted?
- Log in to NTTGame's support site (support.nttgame.com) with your Portal ID.
- Open a ticket with your account ID, character name, server and the date you noticed the ban.
- If you think the ban is a mistake, explain it briefly and calmly. Swearing and insults in tickets are punishable too.
- Wait for the reply and don't open ticket after ticket on the same issue; keeping it to one ticket is faster.
If your account was stolen and the ban came from whoever got in, open a ticket in the "Stolen Account" category. NTTGame gives support there but says it does not restore items.
Can a cheating ban be lifted? Is there a ban amnesty?
Modifying game files or using third-party programs means permanent account closure under the rules. The rules don't mention any amnesty; they only say game masters can raise or lower penalties in exceptional cases. Players banned in the September 23, 2026 wave on Zero fall under this rule.
Sharing your account makes things worse: under the rules, a player who knowingly shares their account gives up all support privileges.
What happens to the cash and items on a banned account?
NTTGame's support page says that if an account is blocked for breaking the rules, no refund is given for any NPoints or Power Up Store items, used or unused. The rules also say accounts sharing an IP, phone number or computer ID with the closed account can be punished, so don't assume your second account on the same PC is safe.
