I forgot my Knight Online VIP storage key, how do I reset it?
You reset the VIP storage key (VIP KEY) on the NTTGame portal. Log out of the game first; then open the VIP KEY section under My Account > Overview > Game Services > Knight Online. A reset link arrives by e-mail. The official steps are in VIP Vault Key Reset.

To reset the VIP storage key, log out of the game, open My Account > Game Services > Knight Online > VIP KEY on the portal and click the e-mail link. Then create a new 4-digit key in game at Inn Hostess > Use VIP Storage > lock icon.
How do I create a new VIP storage key?
- Reset the old key with the link in the e-mail.
- Log in to the game and go to the Inn Hostess.
- Choose Use VIP Storage, press the lock icon and enter your new 4-digit key.

The VIP KEY e-mail doesn't arrive
If your account uses a Hotmail, Outlook or Live address, that's most likely why: on February 24, 2026 NTTGame said mail to Microsoft addresses may not arrive, so VIP Key, ID and password resets may fail (About Microsoft E-mail Addresses). Check your spam folder too; if it still doesn't come, open a support ticket.
Is the VIP storage key the same as the security key?
No. The security key is a separate protection for the account, while the VIP storage key only opens the vault.
