I forgot my Knight Online password, what now?

Knight Online uses your NTTGame portal account, so the reset happens on nttgame.com, not in the game. You need two things: your account ID and access to the e-mail saved on the account. The official steps are in Account Password Reset.

Short answer

Reset the account password with "Forgot your password?" on the nttgame.com login page: enter your ID and saved e-mail and a temporary password arrives. The security key resets under Game Services > Reset Security Key. Hotmail and Outlook may not get the e-mail.

I forgot my security key

The security key is separate from the account password. To reset it, go to My Account > Overview > Game Services > Knight Online on the portal and press Reset Security Key; a reset link arrives by e-mail (Security Key Reset).

The reset e-mail doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first. Then check the address: on February 24, 2026 NTTGame said mail to Microsoft addresses such as Hotmail, Outlook and Live may not arrive (About Microsoft E-mail Addresses). Because of this, password, ID and VIP Key resets may fail. New registrations with these addresses are also paused for now.

If you can no longer reach the e-mail address, or you forgot your ID too, you can't recover the account yourself; follow How to get my account back, open a support ticket and add details that show the account is yours.

I changed my password but still can't log in

If the password is right, the problem may be elsewhere: login is refused when OTP isn't active on the account or the AnyOTP clock has drifted. FAQ

Can I play with the temporary password?
The temporary password is for logging in to the site and setting your own. Change it on the portal first, then log in to the game with the new one.
What if my account was stolen?
