What's the difference between USKO and SteamKO?

The Steam page lists Noah System and Mgame as developers and NTTGame as publisher, with a Steam release date of January 25, 2016. So NTTGame publishes both, but the Steam version runs on its own server with its own announcements. Languages and system requirements are on the Steam store page.
Which server is SteamKO on? Zion
SteamKO's Hellsgarem, Cypher and Pathos servers merged in the December 8, 2022 maintenance and became Zion; the Steam maintenance note says "The merged servers were renamed Zion". Are USKO and SteamKO events the same, and what time are they?
Event names and content are mostly the same, but SteamKO runs a step behind. In 2026 the recurring events announced on USKO started on SteamKO with the maintenance 4–8 days later:

Times differ. Ultima's Dungeon runs at 10:00 and 21:30 Turkish time on USKO and at 12:00 and 23:00 server time on SteamKO. Since February 2024 SteamKO maintenance notices put 8 hours between server time and Turkish time (20:00 server = 04:00 Turkey), so SteamKO's Ultima lands at 20:00 and 07:00 Turkish time. All USKO times are in the event schedule.
Is SteamKO in Turkish, and can you play it from Turkey?
The Steam page lists English and Turkish, both with interface, audio and subtitles checked. SteamKO maintenance notices give times in EST, South America (PET) and Turkey. The game is free on Steam; the store page notes in-app purchases and a one-time phone number verification on first login. There's premium too: SteamKO notes mention DC, WAR and Switch Premium.
Can you move characters or GB from USKO to SteamKO?
No. Neither version's announcements mention moving characters, items or Noah between them; if you switch to SteamKO you start a fresh character. GB is tied to the server too: Noah you farmed on USKO doesn't exist on Zion, and each side's GB price comes from its own economy.
