What time is Chaos in Knight Online?
According to the in-game event calendar, Chaos starts every day at 12:00 and 00:00 Turkish time. When it's time, a small sign-up window pops up at the top of the screen and you apply from there.
There used to be three Chaos runs a day. The June 16, 2022 update removed the 18:00 server-time slot (19:00 in Turkey), and the other two haven't moved since. NTTGame's game guide page still lists 11:00, 17:00 and 24:00, but that list is out of date: both the in-game calendar and the 2023 Lord of Chaos notice show 12:00 and 00:00.
How do you enter Chaos? The Map of Chaos
- Pick up your daily Map of Chaos from [White Shadow Commander] Osiris in Moradon. According to the in-game text you get one a day, and it's deleted if you don't use it within 6 hours.
- Need another one? Take a Map of Chaos Exchange Coupon from the Power Up Store to Osiris and he swaps it for a map.
- At 12:00 or 00:00, apply through the small window at the top of the screen.
- Take off your pickaxe: the game rejects your application while it's equipped, and you can't equip one inside Chaos either.
Our take: grab the map a few hours before the run you're going to, not first thing in the morning. If you pick it up at noon for the 00:00 run, the 6-hour rule will delete it before you get there.
Per NTTGame's global USKO notes, since May 2025 non-Premium players pay 100 Ladder Points (Monthly NP) the moment they apply, and since January 2026 the application asks for a one-character captcha. The Turkish notices don't mention either change separately, so if you see them on the sign-up screen, that's why.
What level do you need for Chaos?
NTTGame's Chaos guide doesn't list a level requirement, and no official minimum has been published. Lord of Chaos, which temporarily replaced Chaos in 2023, required level 70. Since everyone fights with the same stats inside, your level doesn't change the match; when people can't get in, it's usually the map or the timing, not their level.
How does Chaos work? The rules

So does gear matter in Chaos? No. A +10 set and the most basic kit have the same HP and the same skills in there. The difference comes down to reflexes, skill order and the bonus skills you grab from the Chaos Cubes on the map.
What are the Chaos skills? What does the Chaos Cube do?
Once inside, your skill window only has Chaos skills, and they can't be used anywhere else. The in-game Chaos guide describes the basic ones like this:

Touch a Chaos Cube on the map to get a skill item. Per the in-game guide there are three kinds, handed out by rank: Light Pit gives +200% movement speed for a short time (doesn't stack with Sprint), Drain Restore heals 1000 HP over 20 seconds, and Killing Blade kills a target in one hit.
Our take: put Fire Sword, Ice Counter and Tears of Angel on your bar in the first minute and keep Stealth for escaping. If you get Killing Blade, save it for a full-HP target that you'd struggle to finish; wasting it on someone already at half HP is the classic mistake.
What are the Chaos rewards? How do you get Chaos wings?

According to NTTGame's guide, everyone who plays the match to the end gets a Certificate of Chaos (Emblem of Chaos in the in-game texts), and 5 of them trade for a set of wings; there are 5 wing types. The in-game Chaos text adds that the top 20% of the ranking get a Voucher of Oracle: the top 2 players in a 10-player room.
Osiris turns a Voucher of Oracle into wings. With an Ancient Text you pay no Noah and have a better shot at high-stat wings; pay with Noah instead and the wings are picked at random. The Voucher of Chaos, per its description, stands in for a Voucher of Oracle at Osiris and becomes wings too.

What was Lord of Chaos? (2023)
On April 6, 2023 NTTGame temporarily replaced Chaos with Lord of Chaos (Chaos Tournament). The times stayed the same (12:00 and 00:00), but the rules changed:
- Level 70 minimum, up to 18 players per room. Sign-up at the [Manager]Chaos Tournament NPC in Moradon (798,551) for 10 minutes from the event time.
- Everyone was pulled in 5 minutes after sign-up; cancel your registration and you couldn't rejoin that run.
- In the first 5 minutes you picked up to 10 skills from 4 tabs (K key), then it was a 15-minute free-for-all.
- Blue cubes gave speed plus a random boost based on rank, bigger for players further behind (10% damage or HP at 9th, 50% at 17th). Red cubes refilled HP for a short time.
- Killing someone ranked above you was worth 3 points and cost them 2; every kill also paid 3 NP.

According to NTTGame's global USKO notes, Lord of Chaos ended on May 10, 2023; the Turkish notices have no separate end note. Today the in-game calendar shows regular Chaos again, and the Lord of Chaos rank rewards are no longer handed out.
