How does the Knight Online Puzzle event work?
- Log in and open the Word Puzzle window from the event button at the bottom left.
- The picture has 8 pieces; the number on each shows how many you hold (section 1).
- Top right shows how many puzzles you've finished (2). Below it are the 1,000,000 Noah random piece slot (3) and the chance card button (4).
- Collect all eight and the puzzle is complete; the next reward's Get reward button lights up in the bar at the bottom (5).
How do you get puzzle pieces?

Each task gives a random piece or a chance card. The in-game message says daily missions reset at 5:00 AM, so you can get at most four task rewards a day.
What does the puzzle chance card do?
A chance card lets you pick the piece you want, which is how you fix duplicates. When you have no chance cards left, you can buy one a day for 2,000,000 Noah.
The 1,000,000 Noah option gives a random piece. The May 2024 notice said it locked once you'd collected 4 pieces that day; later notices dropped that line.
Our take: finish the four daily tasks first, stockpile duplicates and save chance cards for the last missing piece. A 1 million random buy on the last piece is a gamble, since hitting the exact one of eight you need is unlikely.
What are the Puzzle event rewards?
Each finished puzzle unlocks the next reward; the bar has rewards for puzzles 1 to 8 and 10. NTTGame doesn't name them, but the icons are shown in the window:

The Alencia wing and Event Emblem rewards are coupons you swap at Kaira. Their duration isn't shown in the bar; it's in the item name once you claim it.
Rough math: 10 puzzles means 80 pieces. With four task rewards a day, 4 weeks caps out at 112 rewards, and some of those are chance cards and duplicates. Reaching reward 10 pretty much requires buying chance cards and pieces with Noah.
When does the Puzzle event end, and when is it back?
Most Turkish notices from 2023 to 2025 gave four-week dates (e.g. August 21 to September 18, 2025). The 2026 notices have no dates, and NTTGame's global patch notes say 4 weeks. The last run started on July 23, 2026, and no new run had been announced as of September 26, 2026.
It comes three or four times a year. The task list hasn't changed since 2022; the chance card has. In 2022–2023 cards only came from tasks, and since February 2024 you can buy them with Noah.
